Any students attending from Texas A&M need to fill out the following two forms: 1) waiver and release form (each person attending), http://insects.tamu.edu/intranet/pdf/student_waiver_form.pdf, and 2) travel information form (each person driving but listing all passengers),https://studentactivities.tamu.edu/app/form_travel/index/edit/code/08811-3ADCF. Please turn in forms to Ben Diehl (Office: Heep 216C, Email: b-diehl@tamu.edu, Phone: 330-883-5117) at least one week before the event.
